Description: Key art of our antagonist as he sits down a mischievously. He is shown in red vibrant lighting with high contrast points where some of his body disappears into the shadows. He is a terrifyingly alarming foe.

Description: A color rendered character sheet of [unnamed] along his weapon of choice, a gear shift cane. He does not require the cane to walk. In his colored pose, he demands authority. He wears all black and favors best of delicacies. He's neat. He likes to be well kept but that facade disappears when serious.

A city where trains are the primary means of transportations only the top 1 percent own cars. They insist too many cars are too bad for the environment and indeed it is. Yet they live in luxury vehicles while the common person travels on foot to take a the train everywhere.

Here lies one of the villain or perhaps the main antagonist. He dresses in black suits, black long sleeves, and black slacks. He has never taken a train a day in his life. He’s a benefactor of this world’s rules though that was not always the case. He invests in th train systems only so much that there are no traffic for him and his vehicles
