Korean immigration asked to see my birth certificate and I sent them a scan which shows up not super legible cause it’s on that special paper that shows void all over it when duplicated in any way BUT I also sent a photo of it. They told me they can’t read the information well so I need to send them a better scanned copy....UM really??? Sending a second scanned copy won’t make it any more legible cause of the special paper and the print on the bc isn’t super legible anyways BUT you can still make out the information you need! *sigh* I guess I’m just irritated because they’re being hella hard asses about my legitimacy in being born after my dad became naturalized. COME ON. Yo, I know you ain’t so fond of Koreans who immigrate and don’t register their kids on the Korean family registry but I have done nothing! and I was their for 5 years not even a full year ago. WHY. Just. Why?

2. An international school liked me so much they offered me the position after my interview and sent a contract same day. Than my recruiter texted me saying the director had hella interviews and is still doing interviews but I’m the only person she’s offered a contract to :))))) I feel super blessed. Thank you Jesus!

Btw, I did my first ultra marathon of 50K trail running at Grizzly Peak the past weekend! 7hrs35min. The goal was to just get it in before the cut off limit (9 hours) and I was so surprised at my time :) their was crazy mud and inclines and I started talking to some flowers I’d run by (super scenic, especially since Spring flowers were everywhere). But I had “fun” ahaha and I can officially call myself a ultra runner whoohoo~

11 miles today. D-5 till my first 50k ultra marathon trail running. My skin is pretty nice lately~ getting a sun glow already from the outside running. Already got the runner legs tanline 🤣
