I’m amazed at how often I am challenged. It’s truly an amazing phenomenon. Especially when, before each challenge, you have a sort of ‘I’m a decent human being’ attitude (which I ALWAYS do). For the last 4 months or so God and I have really really been working through my pride issues. He has been taking me down a road of humility and it’s beautiful. I’m learning that I am so much less, that I am really nothing, without Him. That to live fully and to experience the joy and adventures and laughter and relationships I so desperately desire I have to trust him with everything. Truly everything. And that terrifies me and excites me at the same time.
