then i freaked out a bit cause this is the first time in my life i have two very good and working pairs of headphones at the same time. none of them are broken hence buying second one - i just have two pairs now all for me and my use at leisure. i felt like someone would turn up and punish me for having this, like i'm not allowed to have a life that's so 'rich'. even though i work and can buy myself 15 pairs of headhones should i want so. eheheh:( ID, did i have a not super well-off childhood no question mark here i did have food and flat and clothes and state music school and trips to the sea in summer so i am pretty ok yet this thing today made me feel bit fucked up i had a want to hide, make myself smaller and seemingly miserable so that punishment passes over me, already so little and sad. as usual first idea on belittling myself was to somehow worsen or lessen what i eat i did catch this very quickly and breathed and walked though it quite well i think - kudos me & years of therapy work and now i get to get used to and enjoy two very nice pairs of headphones:)
