i got to where i'm at in life just high off coke zero and undiagnosed adhd confusion

relapsed a few weeks ago which was embarrassing heartbreaking and very much inconvenient because i've been goikg through it lately (lowkey constant dissociation and 1-2 panic attacks a week) and it's all i can think about. like i've already done it anyways why not go all the way again.. i won't obviously but it's interesting to experience such intense and impulsive emotions especially because i don't know where they're coming from

i'm truly not built for romance i don't deserve this man i'm so stressed out all the time trying to be a good girlfriend.. i don't remember worrying this much when i was 15 bc truly the guys i was seeing sucked big time 🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻😵‍💫

i plucked my eyebrows thinner than usual today and thought to myself i'm everywhere i'm so julia then let out a sigh

not complaining about the weather anymore.. this last bit of winter is for exposing yourself to the uncomfortable.. forcing yourself to go out and feeling the freezing wind on your face to get a little kick out of it then coming home and slowing down and making some cookies and having some tea or maybe some soup..

brat truly marks the end of an era to me. the experimental pc charli we knew and loved is no longer around us and sophie's absence will forever haunt us. she's on a mission and shedding old skins and has no interest in anything other than highly advertised, fabricated concepts and shallow fake-deep noisy pop songs. this is my opinion right now though it might change in 10 minutes
