Hi! I’m Tasha, a native Texan born in Brownsville and living in Austin. Having been diagnosed with developmental disabilities when I was young, I found art as an outlet for personal growth. For the last four years, I have been a member of the Imagine Art community in Austin, TX exploring textiles, printmaking, painting, drawing, and clay. I have been involved with Best Buddies Texas for over 14 years, including founding chapters at both St. Edward’s University and UT Austin, and speaking at the Best Buddies Conference in Indianapolis, IN in 2015.
