—　   fast   forward   :      casper   is   the   ghost   of   a   man   who   used   to   call   himself   go   eunchul   ,      but   there’s   nothing   really   friendly   about   him.   jumping   from   group   to   group   ,      making   his   way   through   the   rise   and   fall   of   endless   camps   ⸻   he’s   more   death   omen   than   sociable   passerby   with   the   way   his   record   tracks.   (   a   shot   to   someone’s   kneecap   to   make   way   for   his   own   escape.   the   knowledge   of   an   oncoming   hoard   kept   tightly   sealed   behind   closed   lips   ,      only   for   him   to   take   off   with   as   many   of   the   group’s   goods   as   he   could   carry   ,      leaving   them   well   and   truly   for   the   dead.   )   the   guilt   stopped   registering   a   long   ,      long   time   ago.      the   last   of   his   humanity   eaten   up   in   the   early   days   of   doing   his   best   to   help   others   ,      to   band   together   in   their   time   of   need.   (   someone   will   always   be   needy   ,      someone   will   always   pay   that   price   ⸻   he’s   decided   long   ago   to   never   let   that   be   him.   )
