I crochet! I'm making a pillow rn, while I wait for yarn to come in so I can make requested turtles for my niblings.

While I'm extremely nerdy and into many different things, my first fandom love will always, always be Star Trek.

roleplay experience

how long: I started on Tumblr in 2015, so. Eleven years, apparently.

platforms you've used: Tumblr and Discord. Tumblr's good for getting started, Discord's good for digging in deep, in my experience.

best experience: Getting to know quite a few lovely people that I can now just call my friends.

muse preferences

female or male: For whatever reason, I tend to write more men than women.

fluff, angst, smut: For fluff and angst, there is a balance required. I can't do endless fluff with no substance because I get bored, and I can't do endless angst with no hope, because I get miserable. Smut I only write with people I know really well, and only on Discord.

plots or memes: I lean more towards plotting. Memes are good icebreakers and can sometimes kick off some good story lines, but I find starting things with intention usually works better and lasts longer.

long or short replies: Medium. Super long replies stress me out and short replies often lack substance (at least here on Tumblr, Discord differs since it can move much more quickly).

best time to write: I can only do replies on my desktop, which means evenings and weekends only. (At my last job I could get away with being on Tumblr on my work computer. Those were the days...)

are you like your muse(s): I'd certainly like to think so. I do wear big glasses and a lot of plaid.

Clark set a public school on fire and got away with it. // Technically yes. My headcanon for a while has been that he started a fire at school when his heat vision kicked in. (I even have a fic about it.)

Clark is a middle child. // No, he's an only child, or the youngest if you include his half-brother.

Clark knows fnaf lore. // Nope.

Clark can drive. // Yes! He's an overly cautious driver, ironically, considering he's invulnerable.

Clark got hit by a bus once. // Yes, it must have happened at some point. Didn't leave a mark, of course.

Clark tackles and wrestles people to show affection. // Absolutely not.

It would not take much for Clark to turn evil. // NO.

Clark uses the word "fuck" like a comma. // Nope. He's a "golly gosh hecking darn" sorta guy.

Clark is a cat person. // Eh, he doesn't dislike cats, but he's more of a dog person.

Look, I adore the CW Supergirl show, it introduced me to the character in the first place. But I do understand and agree with the criticisms that they just made Kara into a genderbent version of Clark. I think it works for that show, since Clark himself isn't a heavily featured character, but it's still a fair critique.
