              “And it would be too much trouble to cut out the middle man?” A team led by the female archer would be a far better one in Damian’s opinion. But clearly he didn’t have one on his matter. He might if things worked out differently, but for the time being he would have to suck it up and deal with the facts as they were. As bad as Eli Bradley was, he was the current team leader for the Young Avengers.

              “Should you then inform him that I will be arriving to your team headquarters?”

               “Unless he endangers to team with his idiocy, we’re not going to do something like that to one of our friends.” Kate replies with a slight frown. Eli was the least of her or the team’s problems at the moment.

“I wish I could give you an answer, but my mind’s a blank.” If he focuses, he can get a flash or two of running into her, but he knows the memories are only going to get worse from there. “You and me both. Wanna go downstairs and get some breakfast? It might help with the hangover.” Although he’s not sure he’s ready to deal with the noise.

              He knew they wouldn’t just walk to the location, but the moment she touched him, he could hear the voice in the back of his head cackling. He hated the voice. Knew what that voice was now, but still he wanted to avoid hearing it as much as possible. Just ignore it. That was his plan for now. When he had the stones and he could shake her again, he’d flee to somewhere he could really clear his head. Maybe William would be up for a little chaos making.

              “Most likely. The ‘thugs’ on this world are very moronic.” He shook his head once again to clear it before easily teleporting them. Once in the warehouse however, he placed a finger in front of Kate’s mouth to keep her from making a sound. She had been right. The place was swarming with the pests. However none of them had noticed them. A simple invisibility spell added on top of the spell to teleport them. However he could not silence her as well. “My silence spell has not worked since I was reborn, so you have to be silent while we do this. They will not see us… however your arrows… once released from your person will be seen.” He grinned as he looked at her. “Save that trick for a well placed time, agreed?”

               “That’s an understatement.” She agrees just before he teleports them. Kate glances over at the god when he shushes her, raising an eyebrow. Before he even speaks, a quick glance around makes her realize that the thugs don’t appear to be able to see either of them. Well... maybe magic wasn’t so bad after all.

              “Oh I’m holding on to this information. I wanna see her blow a gasket over it.” He grinned. Maybe he did have a little bit of his brother’s personality mixed in his own. They were spending more time together so they were acting more and more like twins as the years went on. Teddy had made a comment that if Tommy were to dye his hair, it might be impossible now to tell them apart. Billy hadn’t known if he was insulted or not. He knew he had changed since they left their own time period and went on the run, but he hadn’t realized how much. “Honestly Kate, I’m surprised she’s stuck around here as long as she has.”
