“You’ve got a point.” Gentaro nods to JK. “It would make things easier if we never had to deal with guys like Kannagi or Apollo Geist again.” He stands up, stretching his arms. “So, here’s what I need you to do.” Gentaro shows a photo he took of Kiva’s symbol. “I only found out about the castle because I saw it flying away from a crater in this shape out by the docks. See if anybody else has seen this symbol, in the sides of buildings, in the road, in the quarry, anywhere. If you happen to find the hero this symbol belongs to, tell me to come find me, ok?”

“Hey, I said I’m asking for her help, not that I’m only asking her. I wouldn’t have brought it up if I didn’t think you could help me.” Gentaro rubs at the back of his head. “It’s going to sound like a weird sentence, but I heard that the castle eats the souls of destroyed monsters.” He rolls that sentence over in his mind. “Ok, that actually sounds really creepy, not gonna lie.”

“Nah, not skipping class. From what I’ve heard from Tomoko, the Castle doesn’t come out much in the day, except to feed.” Gentaro gives JK a goofy grin. “And I’m an idiot, but even I know it’s a bad idea to interrupt a dragon while it’s eating. But we’re going to get Tomoko’s help on this. If we can figure out places where the Castle was sighted, we might be able to find where it came from.”
