“The troubles of others is exactly my concern and the apex of my duty, I’m afraid,” he said softly. It was best to leave it at that. Not everyone need know he was a prince.

     ALMA GAVE a light chuckle in return to the others words. It was nice to hear, no matter what his position truly was, that someone cared.

Suffer? Work was work, and if it was an honest transaction, why should anyone suffer for it? Though perhaps sharing too much information had invited danger.

No. No one deserved to be attacked in their line of work. Repercussions were due but never harm.

“Is there any sort of support network? Perhaps a group who remove such attackers from the clientelle? I understand that exposing people is a transgression in and of itself, but how do you punish the exposer without letting them be brutalized?”

          “ It’s a rather unfortunate reality, my dear. Nothing is usually done. Unless we have protective regulars, there is nothing one can do but either receive comfort from friends, or call the police to make a report, though nothing is usually done. ”

i would like to personally apologize for jumping ship because i’ve been distracted with other blogs and real life has caught up with me. and not to mention recently, my fiancee (yes we’re engaged now), have been spending a lot of time together since i moved out of my old roommate’s place! i’m actually amazed tum/blr hasn’t killed this blog tbh
