Ty made sure his face was clean before he even stepped into the hospital. On the way there, he had been raiding his friend’s glove compartment so that he could use any napkins he had to make himself look at least semi-presentable by the time they arrived. Luckily he didn’t look too bad by the time he was seated. He was running low on napkins, though, and there was no way of knowing if his name was anywhere near being called soon. It was a good thing he had Declain there to keep his mind off of that for now, even if he did cause this. He nearly chuckled at his response, “I take it that’s a good thing in your eyes?”

“You think that disgusting is a good thing?” Clear disdain laced through his tone but there was something else there. Maybe a bit of curiosity about how he was reacting to everything.The demon knew that the other was goading him, just a bit, and trying to get a reaction out of him. Whoever the human was, he probably thought that the negative reaction wouldn’t be too extreme. (Or he thought that before Declain had bloodied his nose). Features scrunched up again while displeasure shined through. “Are you delusional too?”
