We're very fortunate that the in-laws have paid for us to come to Center Parcs this week. They have a large extended family with many cousins and no longer have somewhere to host the 30-40 people who try to congregate once a year. So they decided to book holiday places so everyone could join.
There are 28 of us here, but Helen's parents generously paid for us to stay the entire week. Honestly, Boomers man, where do they get this cash?!
Anyway onto the first world problem of trying to get a baby to sleep in a new place in a bedroom that's nearly 30c. Honestly these places are so expensive how the fuck can they not have air conditioning.
We're not far from home, I have told Helen we should drive home tomorrow night and then back in the morning. It wouldn't effect anyone else but we can crank on our air con unit and sleep in 20c. We've a got really needy challenging baby and this heat just makes it impossible.
