As far as I understand with "Empowering Psychological Resilience, we have different components of emotions:  physical, cognitive, and behavioral components. These three components make a  person aware of the surroundings: In case of fear, your heart beats rapidly, evaluates, interprets, through facial expressions, and tone voice. Also, basic human emotions may hypothesize to be a particular category of emotions from which all other emotions are formed. Emotions are being categorized either as basic/primary or mixed. It may also be mild or intense.

Focusing on psychological aspects is the very important role as a person because nowadays we can't control what's running on our minds. The less we can care of our physical and mental health; we are not going to experience the anxiety thing that can so much affect our minds. But somehow we should be careful what really going and what's your decision that possibly ruin as you and make a miserable person that you didn't knew at all. Though that is life we encountered that in different situations like we are angry and we didn't knew that you kill someone and that is against our law and to the bible also as said "Don't kill". Yes too many to dictate but many possible consequences are into it. It can affect so much mentally. Hence, we know what is bad and good with our without applying it to yourself or so much gotten into you that you can't apply these but it is the truth you have to many options but you are choosing one and that's the best for you.

Each adolescent has their own tricks and tips that work for them and it’s a reason to explore. Especially we are starting to develop new methods for efficient learning through our path to being a responsible adult in the future. One of the quotes for Carl Sagan said is, “The brain is like a muscle. When it is in use we feel very good. Understanding is joyous.” That in a way that has meaning for us, it assembles the messages and can store the information in our memory, the emotions, memory, and voice, the movement of our arms and legs. The operation of several organs inside our body is regulated by the brain. 

Journal 5 (Lesson 5)

    Events in life that are potentially stressful affect adolescence almost every day. The way adolescence cope with these stressful situations depends significantly on what they interpret and react to the circumstances and how they respond. Stress defined as a selye, which means it’s a non-specific response of the body to any demand. It is way your body reacts to a certain challenge or pressure whether physical, emotional or mental. It can trigger the stimulus of the body to respond is called stressor. They are three different kinds of stress: first is acute stress is a most common and short term only, Second is the episodic acute stress which is persistent acute stress and third one is chronic stress is most damaging type with long-term effect. Both your experience in good and bad can create a stress but depending of the stressor if the outcome or response to your body can be either positive stress or negative stress. Also the cause of adolescence stress is social pressure, family relationship, academic pressure and self doubt.

    As we grow older, the more we understand how life works, we're starting  to saddled with our decision about career, lifestyle and etc. This setting of stages where we are dealing our challenges in our life, we have different period through a certain things like excited period, frightening period, confused or loss as to how you can handle your situation of growing up. The challenges is part of our life because it make you more stronger or weak at the same time but thinking of those challenges we should be positive or have initiative for we can pursue our goals for the future. And some will help or support you throughout your storm days. 

   If you are ill-equipped on how to deal with problems or issues you face, planning life directions can be particularly challenging. In order to face this challenges in our life to become a responsible adult we must value ourself, make a decision, plan your goals, and believe to yourself. Being a responsible adolescence can make you a role model to others.

   Adolescence is a period of physical and psychological development from the beginning of puberty to maturity. The teenager is no longer an infant, but he/she has not reached maturity yet, People between the ages of approximately 10 to 21 are called adolescence. For adolescence, puberty is important because when a child reaches puberty, that’s when the child becomes an adolescent. Puberty is a significant part of the life of an individual. Also, these three different domains of development is biological development and growth, an unclear status, increased decision making, increased strain, and self-searching.

   We have a reason to being mindful within ourselves to find out what we can do as we use our cognition and have a huge development in spiritual, psychological, social, and emotional it is a big contribution to know what's our improvement and the emotions that we express if it is more worst or it is the same. These five areas give us a piece of good news about ourselves. Then it administers good feedback to yourself and the people surround you. It also shows that the person is changing especially to the attitude and the behavior that they show is depreciated. Hence, the impact of every process that any individual can reflect themselves, to become a more efficient and credible person.

    We can apply it to ourselves to become productive citizens that we don't have to abuse ourselves in any five areas because our health system will be ruin and you can't possibly find ruin yourself too at the end of the day. A mindful-enlightenment of the self and attitude takes the self as a process with awareness. Being mindful is the practice of being fully present at the moment—noticing thoughts and letting them go, without judgment—can help you make the most of your self-care practices. You can practice being mindful anywhere, but it can be especially helpful to take a mindful approach if you realize that, for several minutes, you have been "trapped" in reliving past problems or "pre-living" future worries.

   It can give amazing moment beyond the social and spiritual emotion that make right action. The steps towards of what future we can be in life there so much to learned and discover the stages of our psychological emotion connections to our feelings and behavior. I’d like to note that our emotions creates magic moment and increase our desire to move forward and hold on to the momentum. Not to complacent, but determined to reach the top and came out the winner.

Self-concept is a term that refers to a process when we imagine how others see us as a human being; Self-concept is also described as who you are in your life or getting to know more about yourself. We may have different flaws in physical characteristics, personality traits, and social identity. But we have the same goals in our life that are giving value to ourselves. Everyone knows that we are not perfect but having self-esteem is making a person better than before because receiving feedback from others, even the outcome is a positive or negative way it makes us more aware of what we are doing, so we can improve our internal and external self-awareness toward a certain thing.
