Zelda laughed and shook her head. “My dad would go for it, my mom wouldn’t. And Shan’s a snitch.”

“I don’t get why it’s ok for scouts to be painted as a target.”

“You haven’t learned how to bribe her yet?“

“Robots can be hacked.“ He muttered mostly to himself. 

“Oh shut up. I have to get ready and so do you.” Zelda pulled away from him and searched for her shirt. 

“I’m feeling a uncommon cold coming on... It’s a jackal thing and it might be contagious. I can get Seth and the others on our side while you tackle your dad.“

“I do, but we’re on duty together.”

“Do you have any other emotions beside the ones you put up for us?“

“Ok. Yes.”

“Why are you asking me out now?”

“You think she wants anything to do with you? Besides aren’t you busy with the rest of Iron Run who want your ass?”

“She hasn’t had a chance to get to know me yet. You should bring her around more. I can’t help it if I’m good at making friends and keeping them happy around me. You should try it.“
