For context: I remember aaaages ago when the update for Sprout’s floor came out, I think around that time the special voice line Twisted Sprout would say was also released.

Here's a project I've been working on for a little over a month. A little Dandy's World AU I've decided to call "Everybody's Friends!"
All the designs I have right now are (sorta) concept sketches, and I wanna save all the character profiles and the big AU infodump for when I have more "HD" drawings of the characters. However, for a summary:
The AU is basically "what if Dandy's World were one of those franchises that was made to print out a bunch of toys and merch? Specifically from the 2009-2013 era?" Like it of course had the show, but they also had figurines, plushies, console games, flash games, blind bags, backpacks, a website, lunch boxes, a direct to DVD movie, all that jazz. And the main toys for the characters would be like 6-7 inch figurines that all have their own gimmicks (scented, posable parts, flocking, etc).
The show more or less is like the canon show. Teaching kids life lessons and friendship, but also shows the characters going on cartoonish adventures, some slice of life where the characters have to solve their own issues, and an overarching villain (who I haven't designed yet but I'm thinking about their design) who wants to spoil their fun. The friendship part is the biggest part of the show. Every character has a designated "Best friend" that's plastered all over their merch and character bios. Hence the tagline: "Everybody's Friends!"
These are all the commons. I did go the alien route with Cosmo since I thought that would be cute! Also in this AU, I decided that since there's an actual villain, Shrimpo's role would be slightly changed. He's not really a bully anymore, since I want him to fit in with the "everyone's friends" thing. So instead, I wanted to make him the "tough guy" who can just be very blunt about how he feels lol.

Headcanon: Toons think the first thing they see after their creation is their parent/guardian like baby ducks, and Delilah doesn't know what to do with it. Bonding Main Toons with their Handlers was a very long process, that's why only they got the Handlers in the first place, otherwise it's too much work.

Don’t really have a lot of commentary here. I’d definitely say the rares have my favorite designs, but the last names I made up are sorta just… ehhhh. Oh well. They can’t all be winners
