I started building this lot right after the game was released. Watching the passage of the game, and then the building lot, saved me from my terrible condition. Then it so happened that I switched to medieval buildings. Now this lot is completed by the end of the year :D

The Skat Kat Jazz Club:

I created this Jazz Club to replace the old Blue Velvet in Willow Creek. The jazz club is located in the basement of the build while the upper floors are used for a Music&Dance school aswell as a chess club (located in an other part of the build, isolated from the rest). The exterior of the build is inspired by New Orleans architecture which I love.

The Doll Maker’s House

Up on the top of a secluded hill looking out over Forgotten Hollow is the house of ‘De Windt’.

De Windt was a famous doll maker in the 20th century and had this house built from his wealth. Passing the business to his son, the new age of technology was difficult for the De Windt’s to compete with.

Despite this, De Windt Jr. had managed to flourish in an otherwise declining economy for dolls. Could it be because his dolls are so lifelike that they seem to whisper? What is the secret to making their eyes appear real and their skin texture authentic? Within this house there is the workshop on the top floor but underneath lurks something more sinister. Is it strange that this house is littered with graves?

This house was massively inspired by House beneviento from Resident Evil: Village

It's a pretty big family farmhouse/manor in an old English history house style with a black modern extension and a renovated black barn. Includes an orchard on a slight slope, greenhouse, chicken coop, cow and lama barn and all of the other farm necessities that are available in The Sims. All of the ones that need an everyday tending are layed out next to each other in one line so you can get them done as fast and as easy as possible. The interior design style is contemporary farmhouse.
