It's really similiar to his dad's job, you have to have good instincts and be quick on your feet, you run on adrenaline, it helps others, and the schooling isn't too long which I think fits him great

He definitely had a call about Lance getting concussed and then Lance flirted with him while Keith was flustered and tried to load him onto a stretcher

Keith’s first semester of college ends roughly when his boyfriend, Lance, abruptly breaks up with him. He thinks he’s over it by the time the next semester rolls around, but being in the architecture school together means seeing Lance everywhere. Worse, they’re partnered together for a Studio project. Keith might die.

The tale of Eridethal’s canyon monster had been a myth long vanished and squashed. It spoke of a long limbed, mossy creature- almost like a walking tree that had strayed too far from the forest and ventured to the desert. Scorched by the surface heat, it reluctantly lurked in the canyon below. The tale only spoke of one such creature, and it was spread by word of mouth between adventure seekers trying to scare each other. The story reached Keith’s ears through Coran, of course, but he had seen nothing of it in Eridethal’s files.

During their first encounter when Keith had first descended, it lurked in the shadows before swiftly pinching through his climbing rope and slashing at him. In all the chaos, Keith didn’t get a good look.

Now, Keith is able to see the creature in all its glory with his naked eyes.
