Black Light is the type of Light Necro produces, It has a mutative property that changes anything exposed to it for long amount of times, or to large amounts of said light, to become a monstrous version of itself. The mutations could be as little as adding wings, multiple eyes or heads. Or, they could change completely into a new creature, depending on what the pokemon’s species originally was. They’ll usually be based off some sort of already-existing mythical creature..

Black light isn’t permanent unless one is born exposed to it, or evolves exposed to it. Celestine’s light can cure it when these conditions are not met. Black light usually makes you aggressive and makes it hard to control yourself, But Mons with strong wills can control themselves with these mutations and become stronger than they were before.

Alongside these was a note: "Packed some extra supplies for your outing. I figured you'd prolly need 'em considering the... 'herbs' I saw ya pack.
