not leak- or spoiler-free, but direct spoilers for upcoming story content will be avoided as much as possible. our interest mostly lies in character appearances and descriptions of them. we would like to encourage fan speculation on unrevealed designs!
some characters may have no chance of being playable, but are included here as they are notable NPCs or have unique appearances/models.
all art here is official or has been confirmed to have originated from HYV in some way (such as Durin's leaked officially commissioned fan artwork). such cases will be noted appropriately.
all leaked information is, of course, subject to change until confirmed by HYV. leaks will be tagged with "stc".
