      Tʜɪs ᴛᴏᴡɴ, if one wanted to call this piece of literal junk such, certainly was not a place she would normally enjoy. Derived of nearly all things she would consider worth her time (all things to play with and use for her own devices when necessary), it made for a shitty playground. However, playthings could be found just around every corner — sometimes that’s people. A bit harder to hack, maybe, but all the more fun once you find a way in.

      Sʜᴇ ʜᴀs been bored all day — a bad thing, by all means and especially for whoever has to endure her during that time — so she's just going to drape herself over his shoulder. The fact that she has to practically climb up for that should be irrelevant.
