You’re starting to sound like Kitty. Dude, I can’t even remember what I had for breakfast yesterday how am I supposed to remember any of that stuff? I get that taking a breather is important but…I really can’t bail on people that need me. Plus, you don’t take the star quarterback out in the middle of the game. I mean I really only know that one therapist and I’m pretty sure she talks to everyone.
And there lies my point. You need a breather, probably more than you realize and burnout is a very real problem especially when it comes to professional lives. There are other doctors. It’s not bailing. It’s called keeping yourself healthy and having some self care.

The last project is officially finished, so semi-maternity leave is officially a-go. I’m excited for sleeping in a bit more and more time in the day to finish up the apartment prep, but I estimate 48 hours before the stir-craziness sets in. If anybody can help me avoid the unnecessary craziness, I’d appreciate any helpful tips. To be honest, I thought this day would be a lot more… joyous? Who knows, I’d just appreciate your guys’ thoughts.
Why don’t you come over here some and hang out with Jax, Harper and I. I’ve got a few days off coming up, they could play and it would be fun for all of us.

Well I can’t physically stop bacteria so it looks like I’m just going to have to live in my office for the rest of my life. Actually that wouldn’t be so bad. It’s clean and I could totally fit my TV in there. Shit dude, I’m sorry to hear that. Are you okay? If you need to talk to someone I could totally hook you up with this therapist I know.
True, though I think you need to just make time for you. When’s the last time you took a vacation? Went out to have a dinner with friends? It’s important to do that. Yeah it’s been rough. I have my own I’ve been seeing, but if you have connections to one that works with children it might be well. Jax is only 9 months, however Harper is 4 and I think she’s struggling a bit going from mom and dad, to uncle and mom’s best friend.

That makes a lot of sense. Still kind of blows, though. I don’t get why can’t we just have a universal day where everyone just stops working. Just for a couple of hours at the very least. I feel like I’m missing out on life now that I’m…I don’t want to say old but not a kid anymore. You don’t have to be sorry. Divorce is divorce. Nothing you can do about it. Not that divorce is something to shrug off or anything. It’s just not that much of a struggle. You know? I mean it’s hard and stuff. I think it’d be easier if Kitty and I hated each other. Not that we don’t hate each other. I mean not that much of…hate. Uh, yup. Divorce. It sucks man. But like I’m happy, too. We’re happy. So um what’s this about an accident?
Well the weekends are that for most people now, so unless you can stop people from getting sick, or injured then I don’t foresee that happening. Mhmm... that made no sense. I hope you know, but I think I see where you are coming from. That is good you’re happy. My brother and sister in law died in an accident a few weeks ago. Things have kinda been a mess with their kids. It’s getting settled though slowly but surely.

Is there one music genre you can’t listen to?
I would have to say that even with all my years of music appreciation I still have a hard time listening to opera. I have a hard time understanding the words, and while beautiful, the words are what often speak to me most along with the music.
If there was a door that went to a city that was a good representation of you, what city would it be and would you go through the door?
A good city that represents me would have to be New York. There is a little bit of something for everyone here. Whether it be hometown feel, busy life, shows, excitement. So yes if a portal was available to travel here at anytime from anywhere around the world I would want to come home.

Craziness seems to be all of our middle names lately. You’re dealing with carb flinging kiddos, I’m about five pages away from finishing my last project, and everything else that’s going on with people. Maybe it’s a bad omen.

Well I guess it’s just because we are no longer kids, and just adults now. So while bizarre, not unheard of. I’m trying to settle in all things considered with the kids since the accident. Divorce sucks, sorry to hear that’s still being a pain. I have to take Jax to the clinic in a day or two for a checkup, and I feel like everything on facebook is vaccinate your children.

Private: Yes same person, and I agree that he’s cool. That’s awesome about your mom and his dad. I know they will, and that’s the situation right there. I trust him, and to see him openly flirting with another guy... much less Puck of all people, the biggest thorn in my side.. I don’t know it’s hard you know. Plus he’s already expressed he doesn’t know what to do with kids, and let’s face it I have 2 now, and I’m not going to do anything to mess that up and have social services take them away.
