you can say that her parents are wealthy, and by association, nadra is as well. but she never took it for granted. she knew that with the kind of money her family had, it could create so much good in the world. with everything in her power and help of her parents, scholarships were made in their name for kids who weren’t as lucky as her. she volunteered often for habitats for humanities, and worked at the soup kitchen. and money was given to charities for women’s shelters and the LGBT+ community. but she knew that wasn’t enough.

nadra is the kind of girl who will show up at your door at 3am if you call her and simply just need her. whether it’s because you had a bad night out or just want to talk, she’ll be there. she’s reliable. she’s the ultimate ride or die BUT even as kind as she might be, that doesn’t mean she won’t hesitate to back up her friend in a fight. she’ll stick with them through thick and thin. she doesn’t give up very easily.

nadra isn’t sure what she wants to do with her life and that’s scary since she’s almost 30. like said before, she’s been lucky enough to be put into the situation where having a career isn’t a necessity but she thinks it’ll fulfill something within. and while she DOES genuinely enjoy volunteering and working with charities, she’s not sure she wants to make that a full time thing.

despite having enough money to get a place of her own, loneliness just isn’t kind for her. it reminds her of nights of being left alone with a nanny, not that the nannies were bad or anything. but they weren’t friends. so waking up in the morning and hearing someone making coffee brings this feeling of comfort.
