When you hate someone it drags you down. It is your dwindling spiral. You cannot grow bit shrink.
What is the exact mechanism behind this?
Most of the time you hate on someone because that person achieved something you didnât.
But it does not stop here.
Therefore to get even farther from that achievement is to keep hating.
Now the very thing you found desirable (money, fame, career whatever) becomes equal with the person you hate.
Since it is equal, you are going to avoid the very thing: fame, career, wealth or whatever you were seeking.
So now you totally cut off. You are never going to reach it.
You will find more people who achieved it and you start to hate more.
Thatâs your dwindling spiral to misery.
Haters are in the past, barely looking at the present and there is no future for them.
In other words: They cannot enjoy the present thus they cannot create their own future the way the wanted in the past.
However it is never too late to turn back. Never too late to realize that you are a hater of someone.
You need to stop the hate that coming from you.
It is easier than you think. You just need to find something that you can love about that person. Maybe the hair, the way he loves his children, the dedication or the fact he is still doing well regardless of the haters.
Sure, it is much easier to hate, but at what cost?
Oh yes⌠your present and future.
