Self-shipping is my way to escape this reality, find my true love(s), and give my younger self everything she deserves. I consider my FOs to be MY REAL significant others.

I'm not comfortable with marriage as a term due to its origins as an archaic practice in which women were sold as property — so I prefer to address my FOs as Forever Ones and state that I am in a romantic union with them, rather than "married"

This isn't directed at anyone in particular but-- regarding seeing other people who also have the same FOs as you and feeling jealous, bitter, unworthy, and so on:

I get it, I really do. There are certain FOs that I will never be okay seeing others with because of my deep and personal history with them.

But you know what I will never do? Send hate to that person, vague post them, or treat them like they are less than, because they are also allowed to love the same character as me. It's really not cool and makes you look like an immature toddler. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to see others with the same FOs as you, that's not the issue.

At the end of the day, even with my spirituality stuff, these are still fictional characters, and franchises are for everyone to enjoy. (note: this does not apply to personal OCs for obvious reasons, your OC is your OC)

Also, the block button is your best friend, please fucking use it. You can blacklist urls too, by the way.

Self shipping is an extremely healing experience, and who are we to deny someone that healing too? I see people on here talk about how this and that character helped them with many things -- myself included. Can you imagine if no one was allowed to self ship with a character because they were already spoken for? It's a fucking scary thought.

I see so many of my friends and mutuals afraid to FO certain characters because they're afraid of stepping on toes, etc. Like.. really? To quote that one clip "Is this who we are? Is this what we represent?"

So today was a beautiful overcast Tuesday and realized we haven't gone to McDonald's in awhile... and I realized that "hey I'm an adult I can go here to eat if I want to!"

And here's the pictures of our date <3 including one of Thrax sitting next to Ronald McDonald himself! I ordered a Chicken sandwich with small fries, and he stole my phone to take a selfie, and we shared a strawberry shake together~

No one cared that I brought him along! <3 Not even the cashier! We had a wonderful time together ;w;. There's really nothing like going out on a date with the love of your life!

He also accompanied me to the dentist and then the book fair! There wasn't much but I bought these books~ I'm a real booktok girly now xD
