Let's start with Constance
With Constance, she is known as Constance Halver as a play on the mid point or halfway mark just like Numbuh 0.5
She is the Sector's Technology Officer & Pilot, granted she doesn't talk much but I do think she is very resourceful and can make anything out of what she finds. Cooking/Eating utensils as weapons I find very creative!
Due to Constance I believe being one of the toughest of the team, despite being the shortest member. She is 4'6 and 12 years old, but the equivalent of the middle child with her headcanoned Birthday to be Operation: C.A.K.E.D 3
Constance had been delightfulized in 1999, 3 years prior before the present timeline taking place in 2002 (Will be elabtorated on further notice)
As stated previously with the theory of their base being the abandoned Sector Treehouse in New York. Constance's location would be chosen in Staten Island
Regarding what her room set up would be. I see it as an outdoor workshop porch where they also hold their gatherings during lunch breaks and meals. While she does manufacture and work on projects, she also makes some killer snacks for the munchies, both letting her work in the passion of her comfort.
Constance is a Numbuh of few words, she is more based on action and blowing up adult tyranny. Yes she can speak whenever she wants, but it is often disclosed within her team and nobody else.
Constance and Alessandra like to have girl nights while the boys are off getting into mischief, gossiping, ranking other operatives and even coming up with pranks to get back at the others. She also likes to go over possible weapon concepts with Alessandra's insight to get a solid base plan.
Pink? Never heard of it, dark greens, greys and browns are her preference and certain shades of yellow

Alessandra goes by the name of Alessandra Tierney which is similar to a another word that means a sequence of 0.3 as Numbuh 0.3
Alessandra is the teams Diversionary Tactics Officer. With her trusty bright yellow umbrella she excels in being an obstacle for the enemy, stalling their plans and executions while her team gets the step ahead.
It's a close call between her and Lenny, but I've made note that she is the 3rd tallest member of the team. Because of that, it puts her at 4'12 at the age of 12, being the oldest with her headcanoned Birthday as Operation: C.A.K.E.D

Alessandra's designated room is going to be themed after a garage workshop, it might be a little confusing. But I see it fit as being the place she stores all of the fun surprises they use against the evil adults. Hand crafted glitter bombs, gum wires, rocket stuns, you name it. Anything need to stall and be a distraction, she has it. But don't get on her bad side, or she'll use the same stuff to prank you back.
Alessandra is always combat ready! Improvisation with flair and effects. You think you'll catch her off guard, but she's already back on her feet and ready to dance, think she'll go easy on you? Fat chance, she's just as tough as the rest.
Alessandra is like a big sister to Bruce, whenever he's in a funk, she'll find a way to make him laugh. Or teases him until he finally cracks. Either way, she's not afraid to lend a shoulder, being there to support when her team needs it the most
She doesn't mind bows, but she prefers using them as decorations, not in her hair. It's more fun when you add them into crafts
