Assorted Dio (p1 &3) headcannons
He has a lisp. I know you can kind of hear it in sub, but he has it because of his teeth. He cannot say his sses or ts correctly.
He is very picky about blood. Even if it's going in through his fingers, he can still kind of taste it.
MASSIVE germaphobe. Sure there's the whole 'those without manners should die' but even then, he refuses to touch mold or dirt. He has servants for that.
His favorite flowers are red roses. This mostly comes from how in PB he has a bunch of roses in his mansion, but I imagine he also tried to grow them around his place in Egypt.
He was not conscious for the 100 years he was underwater. Mans was having the best nap of his life.
When he woke up, he was hella hungry and confused. That's why he killed the sailors straight away.
Despite the stone mask making him look like he's in his 20s, he cannot use any technology. I know SDC is in 1989, but if he somehow got his hands on a phone, he would be grandfather levels of glaring at the screen and prodding it with one finger. Except he's a an over 6 foot buff vampire.
In PB, he did actually have feeling for Erina (beyond 'Jojo likes her so I must make her suffer'). They faded after he put on the stone mask though.
Even before becoming a vampire, he hated the sun. He has sensitive eyes, and the mask just gave him an excuse to avoid it more.
He would actually get on quite well with Rohan if they somehow met without one immediately trying to kill the other. Rohan would like listening to him talk about his past, and Dio would like getting to gloat about his power and victories to someone who listens as attentively as Vanilla Ice.
Definitely lies about winning fights that he lost. If you take him at his word, he won against a 30 year old when he was 5. He didn't.
Competitive as hell. If he looses a coin flip he will hold that grudge for as long as he survives.
Can and will act confused to trick people. He is not above cheap tricks. (IS THAT A REFERENCE?)
