and the delays continue .. and so do the apologies .. but managing a work schedule after a lay over of almost 10 days, is rough .. especially since the schedules are done years in advance and the contingency plans fail .. so catching up takes a while and the re scheduling even more .. 

the general advice is take is easy and rest , but when and how .. so the delay ..

but let me just complete a small work work and be b ack with you ..
