Picture this: a nostalgic dive into the world of Japanese movies and dramas that always had me hooked. You know those scenes with high school students on trips, strolling around with cameras, just soaking in the student life vibe? Yeah, that was what I liked to do back in the student days, triggering a flood of memories.

Now, here’s the scoop for this photoshoot journey. I teamed up with my friend, a high school student, making her the star of the show. Armed with my camera, we hit the road to recreate those cinematic, feel-good moments inspired by Japanese dramas.

We wandered through Osaka, capturing the essence of carefree student life. The goal was simple: turn these everyday moments into a visual story that echoes the joy of being a high schooler. 

This photoshoot revolves around the mesmerizing charm of the color blue, drawing inspiration from the soft petals of Nemophila flowers, also known as baby blue eyes.

The idea took shape against the scenic backdrop of Maishima Island, Osaka, where an annual April festival unfolds by the ocean.

The seamless blend of the azure sea and sky, coupled with the delicate shades of baby blue eyes, became the muse for the outfit.

Strolling through a Japanese city in late February unveils a pretty sight: certain trees decked out in pink flowers. These aren't the famous cherry blossoms, though; they're plum trees called Ume.

Originally brought from China, Ume trees symbolize the arrival of spring and good luck in Japan. Their pink blossoms, though similar to cherry blossoms, come in a wider range of shades. Despite being less famous than cherry blossoms, Ume trees are believed to ward off evil spirits.

The idea behind these photos is to capture the lovely colors and the meaning tucked within the blossoms. It's a celebration of nature's beauty and a nod to the Ume trees standing as protectors against unseen troubles.
