Hermes Battles in God Games is a what if or alternate universe scenario wherein instead of Athena, it's Hermes who battles in Epic the Musical's God Games. I understand there's confusion in that the initial thought would be Hermes is one of the gods Athena has to convince but no, it's totally Hermes taking the place of Athena in trying to convince the others gods to let his great grandson Odysseus go.

It features an ALTERNATE UNIVERSE, ALTERNATE HISTORY take where Penelope, after being blessed with the knowledge that her husband is about to arrive home, decides to take matters into her own hands and deal with the suitors herself.
