at times wren can be extremely inconsistent and impulsive. it’s only with. she often acts off her initial interest alone and if something doesn’t peak her interest, she won’t bother doing it.

wren can be extremely fickle and she gets bored often. she’ll often stop putting effort into things once her interest wears off and may call off a project altogether.

wren is not someone you would want to rely on.

it takes a lot to keep wren’s attention span up.

though she’s fairly caring in general, it takes a lot for her to care about a single person significantly.

wren is extremely messy. her bedroom is often littered with dirty dishes, crumbs cover her bed, garbage covers her floor, etc.

wren can be pretty moody at times. she complains quite a bit.

when wren is upset rather than expressing her emotions outwardly she’ll normally just take a nap. she doesn’t want to put in the effort to deal with anything unpleasant.

when getting into arguments with close friends wren will almost immediately try to act like nothing happened. again, she doesn’t want to put in the effort to properly sort through anything.

wren isn’t very book smart ( not that she is particularly street smart either ). her grades from high school were just high enough to allow her entry into a general degree at her father’s long standing alma mater. she is still currently undeclared.

wren has a hard time accepting her privilege.

wren shops at thrift stores because she thinks used clothes are more comfortable. however, she doesn’t accept that this act is perhaps a little selfish as she’s purchasing clothes that a poorer family may have benefited from buying while she can afford any type of clothing from many store she may desire.

wren was born phlegmatic. her temperament has always been easygoing and relatively calm.

when something has caught wren’s attention she can become obsessive and enthusiastic about that particular thing. her interest usually dies down quickly, however.

wren is an emphatic person but her mood can sometimes be brought down by others experiencing pain.

it’s generally pretty easy to get along with wren. though those friendships normally don’t become strong connections.

if you’re ever having a bad day wren’s house is the best place to go. she has the best video games, subscriptions to tons streaming sites, the freshest weed you ever did see and the best snacks.

she’s not a big fan of deep conversations. she’d much rather bond over the little things than something deep like past life experiences.

due to having depression, she feels numb much of time and will sometimes seek out substances that make her feel something. her substances to binge on are mainly alcohol and mdma. she’s also a fan of hallucinogenics.

one time wren bought a holo jacket online and then got so distracted staring at it she skipped her entire lectures and tutorials for a day.

wren will look literally anything else to do other than something productive and worthwhile. ( re: staring at holo for over six hours straight. )

she is often too lazy to do any repairs on her car or sometimes even fill it up with gas so her preferred method of transportation during nice weather is her longboard which looks like this. There is a pure rose gold trim around the board and all metal on the board is also pure rose gold. she doesn’t ignored the fact that boarding actually takes longer than it would to simply get gas. the board is more convenient at the moment.

LIFE EVENTS & KEY FACTS: ( depression mention. )

wren was born to sophia quintela and david quintela in london, england on april 28th 1997. she’s 21 years old.

wren’s mother and father separated when she was five years old. her father is CEO of an oil and gas business and is of, course, extremely wealthy.

after a four year affair, her mother eventually learned that her father’s business trips were to actually visits to see his second family : his secret girlfriend and the child they had together. wren has never met her half sibling.

after finding out about her father’s betrayal, wren’s mother moved them to her hometown in france. wren was five years old at this time.

wren’s father was convicted of embezzlement and gave his shares of the company to wren’s mother as she was more experienced with business than his second wife.

wren’s grandmother ran and owned a successful agriculture farm that her mother would eventually inherit. until wren’s grandmothers death  ( when she was sixteen years old ) wren, her grandmother, her aunt and her mother all lived together in strasbourg, near the farm and living there in the summer.

at the age of sixteen, shortly after her grandmother’s death, wren was diagnosed with major depressive disorder. later a generalized anxiety disorder would be added to her file.

wren’s therapist  ( a private on call doctor paid for by her father to keep her mental illness as discreet as possible )  encouraged her to try cognitive behavioural therapy in addition to her anti-depressants but she refused as anti-depressants seemed more convenient.

when wren didn’t respond to the medication as well as her father would have hoped for he bribed the doctor to increase her dose. due to her high dose of medication wren feels extremely numb and it hasn’t helped her lack of motivation whatsoever. but hey ? at least she doesn’t feel suicidal anymore.
