i see your posts and i really admire how well-read you are, but it also makes me feel guilty. I feel like i have wasted my teen years and learned nothing. I really struggle to finish reading any novels i start, i basically feel illiterate, whenever i listen to an album i can hardly remember what it sounded like by the end of it, whenever i watch a movie i fail to see why certain sequences are needed. i want to understand all sorts of things / appreciate things the way you do

Perhaps a random question, but I'm curious as to what you find fulfilling about being in a relationship. I'm someone who has always been kind of irritated by the prospect of spending my life with someone else and have never really understood the appeal of it all, but a lot of your posts have this very quietly romantic atmosphere and it makes me wonder as to what it is I might be missing out on.
