Well, for starters, we'd recommend looking at the replies to this post we made a while ago
As for things that we found helpful for ourselves, there's
Reading fanfiction on ao3 (dead dove fics have been helping us the most)
Posting more (or just interacting with moots more) on Tumblr
Similarly, talking to people on Discord (or any other messaging apps)
Doing more stuff in our life outside of the internet!!
Watching anime (or other medias) (we first started our streak of not going on Janitor AI after we started Needy Girl Overdose, and we've been planning on rewatching RWBY soon)
Of course, doing just one of these things probably won't be enough. We personally recommend cycling through them and doing one thing again a time!
