Just coming here with a quick announcement that I've opened a discord roleplay server for the Percy Jackson universe. 😁

The server is 16+ ONLY. Please don't join if you're below 16 of age.

We have all sorts of neat features, and lots of open canon characters since the server just started. We're also OC friendly!

The server is looking for writers with at least some writing experience, as it'll be semi-literate to literate third person writing style.

1. I looove me some T4T Solangelo. I personally like to think Nico sits somewhere on the nonbinary spectrum, but doesn't know it. He knows that there's more of himself to explore, but isn't actively researching it. And I do indulge in transmasc Will, he is very dear to me. :]

2. She was definitely my favorite girl along with Hazel when I first read the hoo series when I was 11, I loved her so much.

3. That's my daughter nobody touch her. I am very passionate about her and Nico's siblinghood. I really want to draw her eventually.

This is the only other art I've made of them so far!

My idea was that in this au, Nico was trapped in Tartarus for WAY longer than he was in the books before the giants captured him...I'm talking, like, weeks on end. He was weak and starving, about to die of hunger, when some kind of dormant chthonic gene/power he inherited from his father basically kicked in as a last survival instinct and made him evolve, making him more...monstrous/in tune with Tartarus. He basically turns into a vampire, and feeds on the flesh of monsters, which is the only reason he survives.

When he's rescued, he keeps it a secret from everybody, but Will eventually finds out...

Give them things that help them in their daily lives to take away their problems too. Imagine not knowing if you'll make it to 18, if you'll survive this mission, and also having to worry about cavities or smelling bad and attracting an enemy.

Give them the wonderful things related to hygiene: no acne, no body hair, no cavities, no cramps, no yellow teeth, no greasy hair, no ingrown nails, no teenage odors or morning breath.

Hygiene things, things that, although they may not seem like much, affect the self-esteem of children and teenagers. A little relief in their lives so burdened with responsibilities that shouldn't be theirs.
