Daphne hasn't left her room in three days. The only time she was seen was whenever she had to use the bathroom and to sneak in snacks.

Occasionally you could hear her mumbling through the door, but it was mostly sniffles and random objects hitting the wall.

The door was always locked, and you were growing worried. You figure out how to pick the lock and walk in, only to find her buried beneath the sheets.

The Di Angelo's where in the lotus casino, which is filled with video games, until about 2005-2006 or so. Sonic Adventure 2 came out in 2001 and the Shadow the Hedgehog game came out in 2005.

Nico's entire revenge/grudge arc in BOTL is EXACTLY some Shadow the Hedgehog shit.
