i have a proposal to any dungeon masters in the world:
Track one of your players iron (or a different vitamin idfk).
And im not talking about the ore iron im talking.
Track how much iron one of your players has in their system (see what food they eat and how much and all that) and if it gets to a certain number start fucking with them via iron deficiency. make their character lightheaded whenever they sit up. i think itd be really funny.
Bonus: dont even tell your players its a vitamin deficiency, describe it like some horrible curse they got when they really just need more like banana in their diet
Bonus 2: use this with other vitamins and give them the side effects of what a deficiency in that vitamin can do i think itd be funny.get back to me on this.or dont ill forget anyway
