C'est la vie

Sometimes, you do things and you do them not because you’re thinking but because you’re feeling. Because you’re feeling too much. And you can’t always control the things you do when you’re feeling too much.

We have to stop relying on how we feel.

The more you love yourself, the more beauty you began to see in the universe. You stop taking the simple moments for granted and start loving what you already possess. What you seek is already in you indeed.

When people walk away from you, let them go. You shouldn’t have to talk them into staying with you, loving you, calling you, caring about you, or coming to see you … For if they really cared about you in the first place, they would not be going anywhere.

I think I realized why I love the ocean so much. Although sometimes it’s calm, there are times where waves are crashing into each other and it’s all a mess… yet people still think those moments are just as beautiful as when it’s still. I want someone to love me when I’m a mess and I’m crashing into myself, not just when everything is going the way it should. I want someone to love me like the ocean.
