September 2012. Mulder is warned that his son life is in danger. Aware of these news and the imminent alien invasion, he and Scully go after William. When they arrive at his adoptive parents’ farm, the Van De Kamps are already dead but William managed to escape. They take William with them to protect and hide him from the aliens. But the boy is having trouble dealing with his new world and his new-found biological parents.

Along with other strong names on this soundtrack such as Lumineers, Sia, Christina Aguleria, Imagine Dragons and many others, Of Monsters And Men’s contribution to the album is up to par with the theme of the story. The melody of this song turns into a powerful tune with the unique voice of Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir carrying us throughout the anthem. It fits the theme of District 12 and the underlying motive of the revolution throughout these books. Give it a try!
