World's Okayest Dogs

So the winter break is over.

I took Aske with me to socialize and it went really well. He was a bit anxious at first, but he calmed down fast and were just having fun looking at the other dogs.

He took the tunnel without me needing to persuade him. I was just standing near it and he ran through even though it was 6m long and it was dark.

Here's the course k chose for the evening. I was lazy and picked it up from Pinterest. Though I changed the numbers.

We have slowly started clicker training at home.

Aske is not really crazy about food. It's just not a limited resources in his life. However I found that chicken sausage was a hit. It took off when we started using s target stick and today we used a target plate (a book).

I love the '100 thinks to do with a box' and I can't wait to try it out. He's barely 9 weeks so we only do very short sessions, but I am really looking forward to being able to make longer sessions where he have to think.

He's a mudi so he barks a lot. More so than what I had expected. I stop whatever game we're playing as soon as he barks. Hopefully he'll learn that the consequence of barking is boring.

Aske is going to be home alone for the first time while I get my daughter to daycare. So 20 minutes top.

I have put a baby gate in the kitchen so that's where he's going to stay until his big enough to not eat the furniture and/or until I fully trust my older dog and him being alone together. He have water and food and I moved his doggy bed from the bedroom so things are somewhat familiar. We have played a lot and he have peed. So it should be no problem. However I'm still a little 😬

Aske have gotten really good at using the ramp to the couch. Both up and down.
