La Aquamas

This is a huge building the size of a huge city base of Las Vagas. Despite the Sectors being obviously based off of blood color it is no longer ran as such, if you can afford a floor you can stay but most do stay to there respected floors

It has a roof painted like the sky and even areas that look outdoors but yes it is to keep people in it is also because the planet is located on is completely deserted and also toxic in some areas also overrun by beasts

The building in split into 6 sections atleast in the building and able to be seen above water! But there is more bellow as the planet has a huge lake
