It’s long been one of my dreams to get one of my favorite doujinshi, Princess in the Tower, translated, and it finally came true! I paid to get it translated and did all of the editing and typesetting myself. I own a physical copy of the doujinshi but thankfully @3-lights/Three-Lights dot net saved me the trouble of scanning it by posting scans on their site!

Princess in the Tower was done by the doujinshi circle Studio Canopus (famous for their Haruka x Michiru works) and is a prequel of sorts to the third arc/season. It looks at Haruka and Michiru’s meeting and growing relationship through the eyes of Elsa Gray, an anime-only character (appearing in episode 106) who was Michiru’s friend in middle school. It’s a very poignant story and deals with themes of friendship, secrets, and loss.
