TRAVEL WITH CLAREN｜XUHUI LEAVES FESTIVAL

At the end of 2017, artists turn the public street into the stage to perform their creative pieces using the leaves on the ground. Light red umbrellas hanging on the trees have caught the pedestrians’ sight.

WORK JOURNAL | HOME IS JUST A NAME 

Young taiwanese fashion brand ‘weavism’ uses the skin of milkfish to make outfits. It has inherited the traditional technique from the old weaving factory in Tainan. The most impressive surprise of the exhibition is that they have broken the boundaries between a hotel room and a fashion show. It is an exhibition, a living room lounge, a fashion store, a library, and a comfy hotel room. Everything is cool and playful.

Kamaroan is a local brand establishes by an indigenous and two young designers. They have devoted to transform traditional indigenous handcrafts into design products which suit the living space nowadays. The pop-up store introduces many of their classic series, and also other local indigenous brands. Proud to see my favorite people doing incredible things.
