It was supposed to be a good day. Nice and quiet, with his family on a trip and Fuller waiting for someone to visit. That was how it was supposed to go, so he was already agitated when someone he didn’t expect showed up. Some who was not the person he was waiting for.
It was only multiplied by the fact that he hated the man who was showing his face. Absolutely despised him. Fuller didn’t care that it had been years since he’d last seen him; The man had already gone after his family once before, all for helping Angel’s mother try and get out of the relationship.
So Fuller already knew that he wasn’t there with good intentions.
“Listen, you drugged up piece of shit.” He pointed the baseball bat he held at the man, visibly bristling despite the several feet between them. “You’ve got ten seconds to get in your car, leave my property, and, preferably, drive off the nearest cliff. I’m not afraid to find out what your bones sound like when I snap them in half.”
