MUSICAL I HATE: how much time do I have (and yes I respect musicials blah blah blah I just like plays better) um definitely phantom, les mis, seven brides for 7 brothers, Carsoul, Little Shop ETC. I don’t hate Rent but I think it’s overrated and I don’t trust people over 21 who think it’s the best.

MUSICAL I THINK IS OVERRATED: RENT OH MY GOD. And phantom. And Hamilton.

MUSICAL I THINK IS UNDERRATED:

MUSICAL I LOVE: Jesus Christ Superstar (JCS) Guys and Dolls, West Side Story, The Last 5 Years, Spring Awakening

MUSICAL I CHERISH: many but one in particular bc I had so much fun working on it is Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson

MUSICAL I COULD LISTEN TO ON REPEAT:

None. It’s very rare I listen to musical theatre. If I had to chose prob JCS

MUSICAL I STILL WANT TO DO: American Idiot and Spring Awakening

MUSICAL THAT MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH MUSICALS: None tbh, again I’m more of a play girl and have several plays that made me fall in love with theatre. Probably West Side if I had to choose.

MUSICAL THAT CHANGED MY LIFE: Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson

GUILTY PLEASURE: I consider musical theatre as a whole to be my guilty pleasure 🤷🏻‍♀️
