“Squeak…” something made a noise as the light surrounding the whole room dimmed.

Demons inside opened their eyes to see that new exchange student that was chosen. Something so important for future peace between three realms. This human will either be lucky or miserable. Not like they wanted to come here, to hell.

The magic fell down, summoning was completed. And it for sure succeeded. There was another being with them, demons could feel that. But… where's that human? Are they so small? Or are they lying down, unconscious?

A few of them started to worry a little - did something go wrong? Was it magic or this human was too weak?

“Squeak.” Something made noise again, making all the people here walk over, just to see what's going on.

When the air was clear, their Lord started his prepared speech.

“Welcome to the Devildom- MC.” He said remembering that name was in the documents. “You have been chosen for an exchange program. As a human you – huh?”

“Diavolo? What happened?”

“Young Master?”

“An exchange student from the human world isn't human?” Red haired demon asked, pointing down

“What kind of ridiculous joke is that? Or course they're hum–” black haired demon said but stopped with widened eyes as he looked down.

“Young Master… Stay back from that flighty thing.” Butler said, coming forth.

“Aww! Look at that mouse! It's cute!” Avatar of Lust said, seeing a small fur ball on the marbled floor, sitting and looking around, scared.

“Squeak!”

“Ugh, should I send it back where it should be?” A man with green hair said with a displeased face, his raised hand surrounded by small lightning bolts of energy.

“Wait up Barbatos! That rat was chosen for the exchange program. We summoned it, so there must be a reason that it was in the documents. Weren't they holding human souls? That means this rat is special.”

“Ew, that rat?” Demon who said it's cute moments before changed his mind.

Mouses are cute but rats not anymore? You felt pissed off.

Wait, you felt pissed off? Why do you feel emotions like that?! You felt normal a second ago, and now your thoughts are… conscious…?

“Squeak?”

“Sigh, can we get it to talk? If it'll stay here… at least give us a reason to have it around and treat it like a human.” Lucifer sighed, looking down at the rat again. This rat was now looking around, still wary of everything. That rat was you, who just sneaked to someone's pantry in the countryside, and now you're in some strange castle, without brothers and sisters around. Where's your whole rat family?! Are you really alone here?

Oh no, will your group think you died like your cousin yesterday? No more free cheese and fruit?

“Squeak! Squeak… squeak!”

“Woah, it's squeaking like crazy…” white haired demon said.

“And you're surprised? You would scream too, if you were teleported away like that.” The blonde one answered him.

“Silence the squeaking will be the best option - young Master, can i–”

“No, you cannot. It's our guest!”

“God grief…” one sighed, before his hand, covered in gloves moved in the air. He said a few words you didn't understand, and your body started floating with some weird lines around your neck.

When you got placed down, your mind was even more clear, you looked up at them. Raise your front paws just to stand on your hind legs.

“...Oh my god I want some jam.” you thought to yourself, wanting to complain about that they summoned you even when you got to the shelves.

“Excuse me?” The man who looked the most important here widened his eyes.

“Huh?” you murmured.

“Huh?” he answered with the same. And others joined too.

“Huuh?”

“I have enough. Forgive me lord, but I cannot stand that ugly creature…”

“Who do you call ugly?!”

“Please don't listen to Barbatos, he's… rather conscious about your kind! I'm Diavolo. Please, feel free to call me by my name.” He kneeled on one knee, placing hand in front of you, gesturing you to come into his palm.

With small hesitation you did, feeling how he lifted you slowly up, looking at your tiny body and fluffy fur. His eyes shine a bit, seeing cute small creatures.

“Lord, please do not touch it. It can transmit diseases.”

“You'll be my disease, I see.” you answered mockingly, squinting your eyes at him.

“...”

“...” A Butler-looking man lifted you by your tail, ignoring your protests. “If you have to be here, since my Lord wants that, I shall clean you before anything happens.

“Careful, careful, I can give you plague.” You laughed as he came outside with you, to give you a bath ten times before allowing you to dry off.

With all that happening, you still are a rat. You genuinely don't know what's happening, but you got your own room, with a bed sized for the whole colony of rats. But it's all for you!

You get food a few times a day, and everything is super fresh and tasty.

You give others heart attacks, especially Asmodeus when you run around. But when he knows it's you, he calms down. But he treats you like a cute plushie or pet. He bathes you, he pets you, brushes you on his lap.

You're carried a lot, especially by Beelzebub, who's afraid that someone may step on you. So he just places you on his shoulder or palm. Your fur is super clean and fluffy after that conditioner. You feel so fresh.

You had some problems with cats, but now, Satan keeps you as well as them. They don't see you as food anymore.

Mammon often mocks you for your squeaking. He's a cruel man! He joked about selling you! He held you by your tail upside down! He stole your snacks! Only for protecting you from everything or carrying you around.

When you met Belphegor you felt like this guy would be a problem. Because he didn't seem to like rats at all. Then he just accepted it and how you can sleep on his pillow with him. But you have to be careful, since he can just get you outside the window when he's not in the mood.

And the last person you live with is Lucifer… this man is scary for a little rat… he's even crazy! Who normal just takes a cute rat like you and puts it away behind the door?! You really need help with the door! You can't open them by yourself! Maybe that's why he often closes his door when he hears you coming… meanie…

You also met angels! They are so nice! Luke was a little afraid of you… but he's so cute! He gives you cookies and wants to spend time with you! And the moments when he pets you… you'll love him forever!

Same with Simeon. He's that one person who you know you won't leave for the rest of your life. He's so nice, always smiling. Always helping you out!

Not talking about Solomon… he really did see a plague your ancestors brought… he was no joke. Until he turned into a silly man who likes to prank you. And he said he can turn you into a human.

But do you want to be a human? Maybe some day? For now you like tormenting Barbatos, who always has a grimace on his face seeing you. He can talk with you normally, but just knowing and seeing you're a rat makes him want to take a broom and throw you into fire.

Too bad Diavolo protects you! He loves that you're a rat with a lot of talents!

She sees you as close to her. Not exactly human, but not a deity others should idolize above all else. Quickly gaining the feeling that you two can completely understand each other even without words.

There's always something uncanny you can feel, but in the end she just takes your hand and wants to sit here, hugging your arm, like nothing else matters. That's when she found out she was in love with an angel - you. Someone who respected her and valued her as who she really is.

It was surprising for others knowing that you two are in a relationship. Not questioning you, since you acted like a normal person. But it was for Columbina herself. They were surprised about her, being able to see that this is love. And there wasn't any playing around. It was not a childlike friendship. She cared. She loved it. She knew that she didn't want anything to happen to what she received from you.

She never raises a voice on you, and your relationship is lacking any anger. She apologizes, thinking she may have annoyed you. But you can't get mad at her. Everything is good. The way she is behaving is having a point in that. That's just innocent love, and craving for touch. For closeness.

She's playful. Not in a bad way though. She just really likes your attention and when you smile at her. She can play with your wings. She can circle her fingers on your skin. Not talking about surprising you a lot. For example by hiding from you and trying to scare you, or wanting you to catch her in an open field.

Could make fun of you when your wings are wet, comparing you to a bird who flew into water. She would also spray you with water playfully when she knows she can do it.

With you she doesn't feel like she needs to watch out. She gives out everything, allowing herself to do what she wants. To smile, to pull your hand because she wants to go somewhere. Place your head on your shoulder, chest or thighs when he is asking for head pats or hugs.

No matter of strength. She doesn't care about your powers. You can be just an angel, without such things like additional magic. When she needs to, she will protect you. So you never will be sad. So you won't be angry. You two will have your happiness.

She loves singing for you. If she can sing, she will any moment. Even humming just before you sleep. She will do it with a smile.

She really likes to be wrapped in your wings. They are so fluffy and keep her warm. And she can be close to you this way. But he really likes just wrapping you in her arms.

No matter how it looks, she enjoys putting her jaw on your head, having you close to her heart. That's giving her a feeling of safety, and also she hopes to be calming for you. The best part of that for her is that she knows you're here with her. Where she can stroke your feathers while you two can't be disturbed.

There's a thing that others can see that where you are, there's also Columbina somewhere. She could be called clingy, but it's all because she always wants to be with you, with the purest heart. You're her greatest value since you came to her heart.

Often reaching for your hand, pulling you somewhere. Or tugging your clothes so you pay attention to her.

Sometimes just blowing air on your neck or ear just to see your reaction.

She likes when you compliment her. It's making her swoon really much. But she also is able to give the same to you.

Her favourite activity is everything that's with you. There's no way she can choose something over it. So whatever you'll choose, she will love it.

But as you know each other better, there's a chance that one of you at least tries to step down a little. But you have differences. You're easily angry. And he is too filled with pride to step down from the situation, which causes everything to go bad.

There must be a compromise, because he didn't want to fight with you all the time. And the easiest option was to just accept that you can't change your temper, but he can stop before it starts escalating badly. Just stop it right before it goes to dangerous terrains where there's no way you can calm down.

So he just gives you space to get over with it, or tries to get your attention away from what just happened.

“What did I do wrong?!” Is his first reaction when you lose your temper near him. But the first time was actually much worse than that - because he didn't know how easily you can get angry, even if you try to be calm.

Understand, he could be a specialist in making someone get angry or annoyed, at least that's what he thinks. Judging by what is happening with Lucifer.

So if he is here and you're angry, he won't be even surprised that he would be the cause of that. But once you get much closer he knows he doesn't want you to completely lose your temper, because he knows he can get beaten in reality.

He still is himself, but he cares to not frustrate you too much. When he knows he's overdoing it, he tries to soften the situation. But he wouldn't be himself if he didn't just play cool guy during that. Only with you he genuinely stops his act, apologizing.

He is to take care of you, right? Then he has to be your pacifier too? I mean, he is able to get along with people, and he will be around you almost anywhere. So could he just pull you away when he sees destruction in your eyes? Gosh, that's even more stressful than Satan…

Got scared when he first saw your true rage. Because… wow… and that wasn't even the best. Because it wasn't him who made you angry, he saw you as cool, not even that scary at all!

Would compare you to first years with Satan, who would start destroying things because his fork dropped. But you weren't that bad! He could have a normal life with you from the beginning, and was happy about that.

Yet he swears to himself that he will never be the cause of you losing your temper. Whenever he's close, he suddenly realizes what's happening, and could try to calm down the situation on his knees. He's bullied by others enough! He doesn't even want you to hate him just because he started being annoying!

So yeah, he will laugh about others being noobs in games, but never you. He won't ever make a joke that would make you angry. Unless you accept that and you swear that you won't destroy him later…

When he knows that there's nothing to do with your anger, he just decides to hide… if he even tried to help a poor thing that tackled your temper, he won't be able to help. Better just not involve… and then make your mood better later…

But at least he's not worried about anything himself!

Talk about wrath and being able to detonate with that during any time… that's why he was working on himself so much, so he won't feel angry all the time. You helped him achieve it, because he is calm when with you.

But he wonders how it happened, since when he first experienced your temper, he was questioning his life choices.

Let's say it straightforward - he doesn't want to be angry at everything because he knows you can be angry at him too then. You're not scary, but he wants to keep you calm for your own mood.

He also doesn't want to ever get angry at you. Firstly, because he loves you, and he just couldn't do that. Secondly, he knows your temper will just turn to his own, and you will fight.

He probably did that at least one time in the beginning, which caused you two to separate for a longer time, without talking a word to each other. He remembers that to this day and doesn't want this again. So instead of fighting, he wants to solve it all calmly.

Wouldn't it be offensive for him? To be the one who makes you angry? Because he knows that he, around the whole house, is the one who genuinely probably won't be one who caused you to lose your temper.

What does he do? He's just a cute, pretty demon who seeks your love, while pouring his heart onto you.

No. He can get you annoyed like everyone. And when it happens, he could also scream and close himself in his room. That's why his brothers want you to fight, because there's only a small gap between being annoyed and being full of wrath. And Asmo… would just take it too seriously and be offended for a few days. Or even crying just because this happened.

But with you, he really doesn't want to go on your bad side. He's not your enemy! He's the one who'll be perfect for you! Who'll give you peace and love! Let temper go away! (He says so but he can't, because you can kick him out of the room as soon as you get annoyed)

He really doesn't want to fight, especially with you. He doesn't want to call names and curse. He also doesn't want to be the reason for your anger. That's why he always tries to be good, and never steps between you and your “victim”. But he tries to keep you calm and smiling as long as he can. If he can't manage, survival is the most important.

He wants peace. He also knows you want that, but you can't change your temper. You can control it, but is there really a way so you'll be patient and… not try to destroy things and people who piss you off?

He never wanted to make you lose your temper on him, but he saw it a few times already. And he knows that this is no joke. He will be proud of you if you try very hard just to not explode. And before that happens he would be around to make the situation better - for you and for others.

Demons aren't peace creatures, and that's it. There's no way to exterminate everything that makes people angry no matter where you go. But he wants to be patient for his family and others. So he wants you to have it too.

If you get annoyed, he will go somewhere with you or meet you in your room afterwards, just to talk and help you calm down. He's also a peacemaker between you and some of his brothers when they decide to start a fight.

There's also a plan B when he won't manage to calm you down completely, so he chooses to just put you on his shoulder before war happens.

Things were different between you two… once it's good, then it turns bad. Mostly because he could always manage to somehow annoy you. Even without trying, just acting like a brat would make you slowly lose your temper.

Call him to eat, he would ignore you to sleep. Call him again, and he'll murmur to you only. Call him AGAIN, and he won't do it anyways. He has had some beef with you since the beginning, just because he is not doing things to make your lives easy. (You can now agree with Lucifer)

The situation between you two would be good, when he just acts like a lovely, sleepy demon who just overly loves you. To complain and scream when you lose it over him being an asshole. Especially when you're tired, or already pissed off and he decides to prank you.

He is not backing off, and he is able to make you lose your temper REALLY QUICKY. You either have to gain even more control over yourself or not come closer to him.

At least he is trying to get things better between you (either he got enough and wants a peace, or he wants to be close to you without hating each other)

When things are good, he's not even trying to help others when they are starting to piss you off. He just waits patiently for the show. But when you're getting angry with things, he comes closer to calm you down or take care of it.
