It’s been a long time since I’ve posted one of these. Despite running an average of once a week during (hockey) season, I managed to run 47:49 at the Bend 10k, which was surprisingly good enough for 3rd in the old man’s division (50-59). Cassie crushed the half marathon coming in 2nd in her age group, seconds behind her friend in first.
