Dead of Winter

Hiatus has begun! I decided to try and cope with some Sherlock inspired nails. 

That was... intense. I made the mistake of going on reddit before seeing His Last Vow and was subject to a huge spoiler, but even still, it was amazing. I honestly can't bring myself to feel anything but floored at the wonderful acting (Charles was the most disgusting, cold villain ever, and so well cast), brilliant as ever filming, and more spectacular mind sequences that have fast become a favorite second only to the witty banter and unwavering friendship of Watson and Holmes. The style hearkened back to the previous seasons' fast-paced murder-mystery feel, which is a big plus for me. The promised "worse cliffhanger" did not make an appearance, however. While the ending is puzzling and certainly doesn't answer any questions, it is also, in my humble opinion, much milder than the season two ending, and definitely not as bad as I had anticipated.
