One thing I’ve learned from Bad Buddy is to not let what you want to happen get in the way of enjoying and appreciating the merits of the actual story that’s being told.
#bad buddy#wish fulfillment is good but that’s not the be all end all of a great show#I think a lot of us were heavily invested in Pat and Pran fighting it out with their parents#and then they were like… nope that’s not where we are going to spend our time and energy#…and you know what…. that is completely valid#and still made for a beautiful story and a beautiful romance
