‪Don’t make your journey harder than it needs to be. Avoid staying in draining situations and relationships because they are comfortable. Hold hands with the unknown and treat yourself better. What you allow will always continue.‬

And I don’t think I look pretty without makeup and I can’t clean my room or make art if I have eaten something. I always think in some kind of loss like I’m losing things by just breathing and telling people how I feel. I’ll remember this but you won’t. And all my sorrow exists because of me but all my joy as well but some things clouds over the other. I feel my mouth starting to fill up with blood, misery, the same thing.

i think i’m finally at that point in my life where i really love myself and i am the priority in my life. whenever i’m into somebody i always lose myself in whatever is between us. i’ve done that my whole life. but i think after everything that has happened i have learned how to carry myself through life and learned what the most important things to me are. i can feel that something new is coming for me and everything is leading up to it, everything is opening up for it. and that is where my focus is, that is where my heart is. i’ve learned to not ask for more than people are able to give, to not push too hard, to not have unrealistic expectations, but to meet people where they’re at and offer them what i can and love them for the place that they’re in. lately i have just been enjoying spending time with people and allowing it all to just be what it is and be natural and honest. i no longer try to pry open people who aren’t real with me/with themselves. i let them be. i’ve stopped trying to please people or get people to like me or even care what they think. i just enjoy myself and go where i want to be, see who i want to see, make friends with people that are kind to me. i don’t feel needy or desperate or jealous. i just want to be present with whoever i’m with when i’m with them. not need more, not want more. just feel inside of myself. i feel like, finally, i’m in a relationship with myself and anything romantic in my life is just like a side thing, a part of my life, not the center. i always end up making other people the center. but i am. finally, i am.

A coping thought I have is no matter how large my feelings feel, the universe is larger than them. I can walk outside, look up, and see all the room I have to let go.
