Owl/Opal…he is the boss of the dungeon all my current monster characters are from. Once chimeras reach a certain level they gain unique magic abilities and a specific title (Owl is the Ice Dragon because he has ice magic). It’s every chimera’s goal to become the boss monster by devouring the current one.
He is renamed Opal after being captured by the king and is kept as royal pet. However removing the apex predator has major consequences on the dungeon ecosystem

I just remembered something related to your post about knight preds. If you're interested, centipidluvr has a giant knight pred OC that likes to hold people safe in their stomach. I think multiple of the ideas you mentioned happened with the knight pred character.

@nomstellations, I was inspired by your post about knight preds the other day, so here's a little short story where the capacity of the armor is the complication. I'm calling it The Best Stronghold on AO3. It's a bit shorter than I intended, but I hope it's enjoyable nonetheless.
